Grass Widow — Mannequin (Wire cover)
All-girl punk troupe Grass Widow recently covered Wire’s “Mannequin” on the new Milo Minute EP, the first in a run of 7-inches to be released on their own HLR imprint. It’s a spotless take on the Pink Flag classic, giving its sharp melodicism and “la-la” chorus a breezy new facelift.
